Understand your NetSuite. Change it safely.
ConfigLedger maps your NetSuite environment, understands every dependency and turns natural-language requests into governed changes — planned, tested in Sandbox, validated by AI and deployed only when you approve.
Built for complex NetSuite environments. Designed for finance teams, administrators and consultants.

Five years of NetSuite. Hundreds of customisations. Nobody remembers why half of them exist.
A NetSuite account evolves continuously.
Implementation partners change. Employees leave. New workflows are added. Saved searches multiply. Custom fields get renamed. Scripts are modified. Temporary fixes become permanent configuration.
Eventually even experienced finance teams struggle to answer basic questions about their own system.
These should not require hours of consultant discovery.
ConfigLedger creates a living intelligence layer over your NetSuite environment so these questions can be answered from your actual configuration.
Understand → Change → Validate → Control
Configuration intelligence is the foundation. Governed change is the product. Each phase feeds the next, and every step stays visible to the people accountable for the system.
Map every object and dependency in the account into a persistent configuration graph.
Turn a natural-language business request into a costed, dependency-aware change plan.
Build in Sandbox, then test the result against the original requirement before anyone approves.
Governed approvals, rollback readiness, audit history and post-deployment monitoring.
Two engines. One governed system.
The configuration graph is what makes automated change safe. The change engine is what turns understanding into implemented, tested and approved configuration.
A continuously maintained model of what exists inside your account and how every object connects.

The result is a working digital twin of your NetSuite configuration.
A business requirement written in plain English becomes a governed change set — planned against your real dependencies, built and tested in Sandbox, and deployed only with human approval.

“All vendor bills above £20,000 should require CFO approval.”
A Finance Director writes one sentence. ConfigLedger already knows the current workflow, the searches that reference it and the roles it touches.
Vendor bills above £25,000 require CFO approval.
Reduce threshold to £20,000.
- Modify Vendor Bill Approval Workflow v4.
- No SuiteScript changes required.
The requested behaviour has been implemented and tested in Sandbox. Production is untouched until you approve.
Every request becomes a tracked, auditable change set.
Nothing happens as an anonymous prompt. Each requirement opens a change set with its own plan, dependency analysis, generated changes, test evidence, approvals and deployment record.
That is what turns natural-language administration into something a finance function, an auditor and an IT team can all live with.

Questions we are usually asked first.
No. Natural language is how you talk to it, not what it is. Underneath sits a persistent configuration graph of your account and a change engine that plans, builds, tests and records changes as governed change sets.
It can, within the limits you set. ConfigLedger runs at one of three levels: read-only analysis, Sandbox agent (build and test only), or production agent where approved change sets may be promoted under your governance rules.
Only if you explicitly configure that. The default posture is that Production changes require named human approval, with additional approvals available for financial controls, scripts and integrations.
We do not claim that. Many configuration changes can be restored from a captured snapshot or a corrective deployment, but some operations — merged records, deletions, data already sent to an external system — cannot simply be undone. ConfigLedger produces a rollback plan and a rollback confidence rating before it executes anything.
Oracle's assistant helps a developer generate SuiteScript and custom objects inside their IDE. ConfigLedger is aimed at the business lifecycle around a change: understanding the existing environment, tracing dependencies, planning, testing against the requirement, collecting approvals, deploying and monitoring.
From the configuration graph built from your own account — the fields, workflows, scripts, searches, roles, forms, segments and integrations that exist, and the relationships between them. The AI explains and plans against that graph rather than inventing dependencies.
Depending on your NetSuite configuration and the permissions granted, areas such as saved searches, custom fields, workflows, custom segments, roles, scripts, custom records and related configuration metadata.
No. It removes repetitive discovery and manual investigation so internal teams and partners can spend time on architecture, process and judgement.
It can show detected dependencies and flag potential risk, described cautiously. Removal should still follow your own testing, review and change-control processes.
That is deliberately an implementation detail. The value is the NetSuite configuration graph, the change orchestration, the testing framework and the governance — the underlying model is replaceable infrastructure.
Your NetSuite contains years of business logic.
Understand it. Then change it safely.
Map your configuration, trace every dependency, and turn business requests into governed changes that are tested in Sandbox and deployed only when you approve.
