Validation

Nothing is approved on the builder's word alone.

Every change ConfigLedger builds is tested by a separate validation agent against the original requirement, the before state and the proposed state.

Warnings are surfaced and corrected before a human is asked to approve anything.

AI QA

The agent that builds the change is not the agent that signs it off.

A separate validation agent receives the original requirement, the before state and the proposed state — and assumes nothing about the builder being right.

Build Agent

Creates the configuration change from the approved plan.

QA Agent

Independently tests what was built against what was asked for.

What the QA agent checks
  • Did the change actually meet the stated requirement?
  • Are existing dependencies still intact?
  • Did anything unexpected change?
  • Do the relevant workflows execute end to end?
  • Do scripts compile?
  • Do affected saved searches still run?
  • Are permissions correct for every affected role?
  • Are mandatory fields behaving as specified?
  • Are accounting results affected in ways nobody asked for?
  • Do the integration tests pass?

Safe reversion

We do not claim that everything is reversible.

Many configuration changes can be restored from a captured snapshot or a corrective deployment. Some operations — merged records, deleted objects, data already sent to an external system — cannot simply be undone.

So instead of promising a universal undo button, ConfigLedger produces a rollback plan before it executes anything, and tells you plainly how confident that rollback is.

Where a change cannot be cleanly reversed, ConfigLedger says so before you approve it, rather than afterwards.

Your NetSuite contains years of business logic.

Understand it. Then change it safely.

Map your configuration, trace every dependency, and turn business requests into governed changes that are tested in Sandbox and deployed only when you approve.
