Security

Access you grant, scope you set, actions you can audit.

ConfigLedger connects to NetSuite with permissions you control, and every action it takes is attributable and reviewable.

We describe how the product works rather than claiming certifications we do not hold.

Trust & security

Built for sensitive ERP environments.

ConfigLedger is designed for finance and IT teams responsible for production ERP systems. Security principles are practical, verifiable and reviewable with your team.

Understand first. Change deliberately.

ConfigLedger should not automatically change or delete customer NetSuite configuration. The primary product is intelligence, analysis, documentation and impact assessment.

Secure tenant isolation

Each customer environment is isolated within ConfigLedger.

Read-only where appropriate

Configuration intelligence is gathered without changing your account.

Controlled NetSuite permissions

You decide the access the ConfigLedger connection is granted.

Auditability

Scans, snapshots and activity are recorded and reviewable.

Encrypted data handling

Configuration metadata is encrypted in transit and at rest.

Role-based access

Control who inside your organisation can view what in ConfigLedger.

Customer-controlled connections

Connections can be reviewed, rotated or revoked by you.

Visibility into source configuration

Every answer points back to the objects it was derived from.

Architecture

A deterministic foundation with intelligence on top.

Safe reversion

We do not claim that everything is reversible.

Many configuration changes can be restored from a captured snapshot or a corrective deployment. Some operations — merged records, deleted objects, data already sent to an external system — cannot simply be undone.

So instead of promising a universal undo button, ConfigLedger produces a rollback plan before it executes anything, and tells you plainly how confident that rollback is.

Where a change cannot be cleanly reversed, ConfigLedger says so before you approve it, rather than afterwards.

Your NetSuite contains years of business logic.

Understand it. Then change it safely.

Map your configuration, trace every dependency, and turn business requests into governed changes that are tested in Sandbox and deployed only when you approve.
